Go to New Research and paste one product per line: the SKU first, then a description, the way it comes out of your till or stock system. A comma, tab or space between them all work. You can also choose a .csv or .txt file. Up to 200 products per batch.
Research runs in the background. You can close the page and come back later from Previous Batches. When a batch finishes we email you a link to it (turn this off in My Account), and if the tab is still open you'll hear a chime and see a notice, whichever page you're on.
A green marker is a guide, not a guarantee. Always check the details before publishing.
The tool looks at the brand's own website first (the Irish site, then the UK site, then the international one), then Icecat, a product data service brands supply, and then other retailers only if needed. Marketplaces like Amazon and eBay aren't used. The text is written fresh, not copied. Every product lists its sources so you can check them.
Download all (zip) gives you a folder per product with the images (1000×1000 on white, named for search engines), the key points and description as HTML, a text file with everything, research notes, and a CSV. Each product also has its own zip, and every section has a Copy button.
Every product you research is kept in your library. If you research the same model again within 90 days, it's reused instantly. Search it from Product Library.
Under Stores, a company admin adds each shop. A store can:
Product text is cleaned before it's shown or sent: only normal formatting (paragraphs, headings, lists, tables, images) is kept. Drafts only, unless you use Brand scan or tick "Allow updating published products". Price, sale price, stock, SKU and status are never sent. Images from retailer websites are left out unless you tick them.

Everything that went wrong this month. Serious ones (Claude key or credit, lots of failures, stuck research, unexpected errors) are emailed to you straight away, at most once an hour each. A summary comes every Monday morning.
Prices in euro ex VAT. Changing a plan's products changes it for every company on that plan straight away. Untick "On sale" to stop offering one without affecting companies already on it.
Prices are per month or per pack, plus VAT where it applies. Changes apply straight away; Pertech Solutions sends the invoice.
